Affiliate Program Policy & Procedures

1. Sign-Up Process

Complete the online registration form. Provide all required information, including contact details and tax information. Once approved, you will receive a welcome email with your unique affiliate link and login credentials for the affiliate dashboard.

2. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates are encouraged to use ethical marketing practices. You may use banners, social media posts, email campaigns, and other creative methods to promote WW Solar LLC services. All promotional content must accurately represent WW Solar LLC and not mislead potential customers.

3. Lead Tracking and Commission

Leads and conversions will be tracked through your custom affiliate link. You can monitor your leads and commissions in the affiliate dashboard in real-time. Commissions are paid based on successful customer conversions.

4. Payment Terms

Commissions are calculated and paid only once a referral has successfully had their renewable energy system installed on their home. Earned affiliate commissions from a referred installation are processed on Fridays in the middle and end of each month. You must reach the minimum payout threshold (as communicated during sign-up) to receive a payment. Payments will be processed via your personal PayPal Account or via direct deposit.

5. Compliance and Marketing Ethics

Affiliates must comply with all relevant laws and regulations. Affiliates must not use any misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing methods. WW Solar LLC reserves the right to review and approve any marketing materials used by Affiliates.

6. Program Support

WW Solar LLC provides ongoing support for Affiliates, including access to marketing materials and assistance with tracking or payment issues. For support, please contact our affiliate support team at [insert contact email].

7. Program Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using your affiliate links and remove any WW Solar LLC promotional materials.

8. Amendments

WW Solar LLC may update these policies and procedures at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program will signify acceptance of the updated policies.
