Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is made between WW Solar LLC, an Arizona-based company offering renewable energy services across 22 states, and the affiliate ("Affiliate") who wishes to refer customers to WW Solar LLC through custom affiliate links.

By signing up for the WW Solar LLC Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment in the Program

To enroll in the WW Solar LLC Affiliate Program, the Affiliate must:

Complete the online registration form. Agree to this Affiliate Agreement. Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. WW Solar LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

The Affiliate will promote WW Solar LLC’s renewable energy packages and any other referred home services through custom affiliate links provided by WW Solar LLC. The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that their affiliate links are correctly implemented to track leads and conversions accurately. Affiliates may not engage in unethical or illegal marketing activities, such as spam, misleading advertisements, or unauthorized use of intellectual property.

3. Affiliate Links

WW Solar LLC will provide custom affiliate links to each approved Affiliate. These links must be used to track leads and commissions. Failure to use the correct links may result in missed credit for leads or sales. WW Solar LLC is not responsible for any errors or commissions lost due to the improper use of affiliate links.

4. Commission Structure

The Affiliate will earn commissions based on the number of leads and converted customers resulting from the use of the affiliate link. Commission rates will be communicated to the Affiliate upon approval into the program. Commissions will only be paid on completed sales or referred services that result in a successful customer conversion.

5. Payment of Commissions

Commissions are calculated based on successful leads and conversions tracked through the affiliate link. Payments will be made on a monthly basis, provided that the Affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold, which will be communicated upon approval. Payments will be made via check, direct deposit, or another agreed-upon method. WW Solar LLC does not guarantee any level of success or commissions for Affiliates.

6. Affiliate Dashboard

Affiliates will have access to a custom dashboard where they can track their leads, converted customers, and earned commissions.The dashboard will provide real-time reporting on all activity related to the Affiliate’s performance.

7. No Guarantee of Results

WW Solar LLC makes no guarantee of the Affiliate’s success, earnings, or commissions. The success of each Affiliate is based on their individual marketing efforts and customer engagement. WW Solar LLC does not guarantee that every lead or referral will result in a sale or customer conversion.

8. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately cease using the affiliate links and any marketing materials associated with WW Solar LLC. Any unpaid commissions up to the date of termination will be paid in accordance with the payment schedule.

9. Limitation of Liability

WW Solar LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including loss of earnings or business opportunities.The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WW Solar LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses related to the Affiliate’s participation in the program.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

11. Changes to the Agreement

WW Solar LLC reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

(By signing up for the WW Solar LLC Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.)
